Joe Lockman – Mortgage Loan Officer

Family, work, and school have taken me to every corner of Maryland, and I currently reside in Southern Maryland where I grew up as a child. I see my role as a Sr. Loan Officer with Gateway Mortgage Bank as an opportunity to assist local home buyers and homeowners to achieve sustainable homeownership through continuing education and consultation. I see each client as an opportunity to establish a new connection for life. I attended Chopticon High School and Frostburg State University where I studied Business Administration & Economics. I was very active in the community both in high school and college, and continue to be involved in many local charitable organizations. Previously, I worked in supporting local home builders and contractors and now apply my dedicated stewardship to homeowners and buyers in an ever-changing climate. I am always eager to help and in addition to home financing, am an expert in the business of people and relationships.
