After paying rent for 2 years and searching for the perfect home to move their family into, Chris & Jessica Stygles realized they were already living in the perfect home — they just needed to buy it! We started the process with a different lender, however after two failed attempts, the lender told us we could no longer be helped and we could not be approved for a loan. Faruk was able to get us a loan and we were able to close in a few weeks! He was very easy to work with and he helped us understand the process by keeping us informed through every step. Additionally, having the available resources to create the best possible competition schedule leading up to Olympic Trials allowed me to ensure I had tested my preparation against the right athletes at the right time.

There were certainly challenges along the way, particularly following the 400 Free on Monday night. Having to refocus right away on the 200 Free was difficult, but that timing also gave me a reason to move forward and something to channel my energy and effort on.

Seeing my place on the scoreboard following the 200 is a feeling that is difficult to describe, but I can tell you it was absolutely awesome! I am very proud to be representing our country as a member of the 2012 US Olympic Swim Team.

Again, thank you!!! Your belief and support when few thought this was possible gave me great confidence through the entire season leading up to the event and helped carry me through.

I’m looking forward to London and trust you will be following the entire US team as we reach for gold in the 2012 Olympic Games!

I just want you to know how much I appreciate the time you spent with me exploring the re-financing of my house. You were kind, patient, knowledgable, and thorough. I always felt that you had my best interest at heart as we explored the multitude of variables involved.

I think I know the bank’s secret–they hired you as the front man because you have the “right stuff” for introducing and leading people through this process. As an old woman who has dealt with a lot of people and businesses over time, I am genuinely impressed.  By the way, I was a therapist, too, as well as a professor of psychology at a seminary. I think I read people pretty well. I know when someone is genuine. Tell your mom and dad, I tip my hat to them in raising such a fine son.

Thank you again. I’m disappointed about the loan, but think we worked our way through so that it was what we both could see.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.  We just had our internet setup yesterday.  The cloisng went great, and we’ve been able to move into the new house.  Now we just need to get the mountain of boxes unpacked!
